Services
FS Logistics provides truck freight coordination, load sourcing, rate negotiation, billing management, and related support services to US-based carriers.
Carrier Responsibilities
Carriers are responsible for maintaining valid MC authority, adequate insurance coverage, DOT compliance, and all legal requirements for operating a commercial vehicle in the United States.
Fees and Payment
Service fees are calculated as a percentage of gross load revenue and are detailed in your signed carrier agreement. No fees are charged for loads that are not booked.
Limitation of Liability
FS Logistics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 30 days preceding a claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the carrier agreement with written notice. Outstanding fees remain due and payable upon termination.
