What exactly does FS Logistics do?
FS Logistics is a full-service truck freight management company. We find loads for you, negotiate the best rates, handle your billing and paperwork, and provide a dedicated freight coordinator who manages your freight operations so you can focus on driving. Think of us as your back-office team without the overhead.
How much do your services cost?
charges a flat percentage of the gross load revenue typically between 3% and 6% depending on your service package. There are no setup fees, no monthly minimums, and no hidden charges. You only pay when we book loads for you.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
There is no long-term commitment required. If you decide FS Logistics is not the right fit for any reason you can cancel at any time without penalties.
What if I do not want to take a load you find for me?
That is completely fine. We never force dispatching. If a load does not meet your requirements, just let your freight coordinator know and we will keep searching. You have full control over every load you accept.
Do you work with new authorities?
Yes, we do. However, please be aware that many brokers and shippers have minimum MC authority age requirements of six months to one year. We will be transparent about this and work within your eligibility to find available opportunities.
What documents do I need to get started?
To get set up, we need your MC authority letter, a certificate of insurance, a completed W-9 form, and a signed copy of our simple carrier agreement. No lengthy applications or complicated onboarding.
Do you handle billing and invoicing?
Yes. Our full-service package includes invoice creation, submission, and payment follow-up. We coordinate with your factoring company if applicable, or submit invoices directly to brokers.
